Monthly Programming + 1 Virtual Session

This is our most popular plan! This monthly recurring programming includes all training modalities through online coaching. Exercise videos and workouts are delivered through the app, where you and Coach Jos will communicate regarding every monthly workout. Cancel two weeks before the billing cycle.

The app includes notifications that remind you to stay on your route! You also get a 30-minute one-on-one virtual session per month! Nutrition coaching is included. Best for someone looking for a coach to help direct them for strength training, whether you are a multisport athlete, looking to avoid injury while training, or have had a mastectomy, this is for you!

3-month, 6-month, 1-year options

Monthly Programming + 4 Virtual Sessions Per Month

This monthly package includes four 30-min virtual sessions; sessions can be combined to create 1-hour virtual sessions. This is a recurring payment. Cancel two weeks before the billing cycle.

Nutrition coaching is included. This plan is best for someone who wants weekly accountability and regular check-ins where Coach Jos guides you through entire workouts, all while you pursue multiple training goals.

Best for someone looking for a coach to keep them accountable for strength training, mobility, nutrition, and more. This will best fit someone looking to achieve significant, time-committing goals with the fastest results!

1-hour In-Person Sessions & Punch Passes at Private Gym

This option is to purchase in-person sessions with Coach Jos in Boulder, Colorado

This option is best for someone who wants Coach Jos to guide you, in person, through an entire workout or assessment. Single session or Punch Passes (5x, 10x) are available to purchase.

1-on-1 Virtual Punch Pass Sessions

These sessions are completed virtually with Coach Jos via video conference platforms such as Google Meets or Zoom. These sessions do not include any ongoing monthly online coaching or programming. They are best suited for someone who wants movement screening, nutrition advice, mobility work, or one-off workouts, without monthly programming.
