Whether you're flowing on trails, climbing mountains, or recovering your identity, BodyenRoute ensures your body is ready for every challenge. Our coaching philosophy uses strength training as a keystone principle for all of our programing. Whether your workouts are at home, outside, or at the gym, you will be lifting weights at least once a week as a part of your training program.
Our Coaching is holistic; it it includes sport specific goals combined with injury prevention/maintenance through strength and conditioning. We also offer Nutritionist counseling as a part of some plans.
Get A Program Custom-Made just for You
From runners to climbers to those on a cancer journey, we carve out a program that aligns with your specific needs and life rhythms. Unlike most other coaches, we actually build a specific program for you, after you become a Bodyenroute client. This also means we’ll modify your program as you need! Whether adjusting for an upcoming race or accommodating life changes, or surgery dates, we ensure your program remains in sync with you.
Stay Connected
We continuously check in to ensure you're on the right track. Be it adapting for an outdoor expedition or a crucial life event, we flexibly recalibrate, ensuring your body stays ‘en route’ to your goals. If you are traveling and won’t have access to your regular equipment or gym, we’ll modify the program so you can stay on track and consistent!
We use a fitness application called TrueCoach to deliver your schedule of workouts and routine for achieving your goals!
You’ll get workouts delivered to your phone with exercise videos showing how to perform each exercise and an explanation of sets and reps, as well as tracking your progress over time
Chatting with your coach is through the app, where you can also upload videos of yourself, Strava/GPS files, or other information for your coach to review.

Our first week with you is about understanding. We initiate with a movement screening to assess your body’s individual nuances. Alongside, we set clear objectives, goals, and metrics.

Always connected:
Get your form checked via video messaging, and get Coach’s cueing when needed. Bi-weekly Program check-in. *Mastectomy Clients will receive weekly-check ins
Custom Programming:
After completing our intake, including a movement screening, you’ll get customized programming with Bi-weekly updates to fit your life, whether it’s a busy schedule, a motivated athlete, or undergoing treatment, we have you covered.

Boost Progress with Live Virtual Sessions
Get all the benefits of Tier 1, plus:

Tailored Program Design
Unlike other coaching programs where everyone gets the same plan, we recognize that everybody has their own story. We will build a program based on your movement screening and follow-up questions. And if things change, No Worries! We got you Covered! You can change your goals, and we will adapt the program to your lifestyle!
Stay Connected
Check-in daily with the TrueCoach platform via your computer or smartphone. Your workouts will be delivered with follow-along videos from our coaches explaining each exercise. You will also be able to upload videos of yourself, whether lifting, running on a treadmill, or on your climbing project. Our coaches will review to footage to give you individualized cues and advice to get stronger, faster, and healthier!
