About Me
My dad’s mom died of breast cancer in her mid-thirties. When I was 25, I brought this up verbally to the doctor during my exam at a regular gyno appointment. Even though I had checked ‘those’ boxes and written down my family history down before every appointment that I could remember, this doctor finally made a big deal about it. About 5 months later, I had a prophylactic double mastectomy, after finding out I had the BRCA1 mutation.
I have been involved with sports and exercise my whole life, and was working as a strength coach for rock climbers, skiers, and cyclists when I was made the decision to get the mastectomy. Even though I couldn’t find any other trainers working with women post-mastectomy, I believed that I could continue to rock climb and weight lift; if I trained myself. During this journey, I realized just how important movement and exercise is for both physical and mental well-being.
In 2021, I decided to get formal education to became a Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES). This certification focuses on assisting cancer survivors and previvors in optimizing their health, from pre-surgery preparation to post-treatment recovery. Since then, I have been lucky to work with many strong, brave women on their journeys’, and balance this work with continuing to train with athletes; including beginners and olympians.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm passionate about staying active. I enjoy trail running, skiing, and rock climbing. These activities not only keep me physically fit but also contribute to my overall well-being.

Stay Connected
I make sure to prioritize communication with my women’s health clients. I know what it feels like to move through the healthcare system, so you can message me about any topic, through a smartphone app that also delivers your workouts. Your programming will also include regular check-in calls so we can talk.
I use a fitness application called TrueCoach to deliver your schedule of workouts and routine for achieving your goals!
You’ll get workouts delivered to your phone with exercise videos showing how to perform each exercise and an explanation of sets and reps, as well as tracking your progress over time
You can message me through the app, and send me videos so I can watch you to ensure you are performing exercises with proper form. You can also message me with medical updates.

Movement Screening & Goal Setting
Our first week with you is about understanding. Depending on your prognosis and any potential upcoming surgeries, chemotherapy, or radiation. Depending where you are at, we might start with a movement screening to assess your body’s individual nuances. Alongside, we set clear objectives, plans, and metrics.

Pick Your Perfect Tier
Once you decide to work with our team, select a package that aligns with your goals and budget. If you have HSA/FSA, I am approved to receive those funds by Trumed, so you can pay with your health savings account, or just add your HSA card at checkout
