There are 3 different options for the running program. No weights, Bands, and Weights. You can within the PDF pick from the list of exercises, you are given the sets and reps of each exercise. There are videos for each exercise and a structured workout for your needs.

The appendix includes programs by injury:

  • foot/ ankle

  • knee/ IT band

  • adductor or groin

  • SI-joint/ low back

  • posterior thigh (hamstring)

  • upper back/neck

  • front of hip
