Shoulder Health in Climbing
Strength Coach Jos of BodyenRoute and Professional Climber Alex Puccio team up to create a shoulder program for all different levels of strength. They have both experienced shoulder injuries and have tested many different programs. They decided together, to create a program with their favorite accessory exercises used in conjunction with climbing. In the shoulder program, you will get multiple options in each level novice, intermediate, and elite.

Equipment needed: A long band of different resistances, a mini band of different resistances, lacrosse ball or tennis ball, 2.5-5lb weights and for advanced you will need a pull-up bar and weights.
